You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use Groundwork. The service is designed for parents, guardians, and other adult caregivers.

Joining the Founders Circle expresses interest in Groundwork and allows us to send product news and early-access information. It does not guarantee a launch date, permanent availability, or access to any particular feature.

Groundwork provides general educational and informational content. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for qualified professional care.

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, scrape or copy content at scale, impersonate another person, or use Groundwork for unlawful purposes.

Groundwork and its content, branding, designs, software, and materials are owned by Groundwork or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.

The service may rely on or link to third-party tools and websites. Groundwork is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or privacy practices.

Groundwork is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of Groundwork and may update these Terms. Continued use after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
